A Republic of Korea Air Force F-4E fighter crashed in August and the service says the cause of the crash was due to right engine failure.
The problem was traced to the fuel nozzles in the combustion chamber of the J79 engine. The failure of the nozzles lead to a fire which doomed the aircraft.
The crew ejected 9 kilometers south of Jeongok Port in Hwaseong.
