Foreign F-35s conduct offensive counter air training with B-2s over Arizona

Five B-2 bombers from the 509th Bomb Wing conducted offensive counter air training with F-35s from Italy, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Norway in Arizona recently.

It was the first time that such an integration exercise of B-2s with foreign F-35s has been conducted in the United States.

“These bomber integration missions prepare our pilots to be successful in the most demanding combat environments,” said Lt. Col Tyler Smith, 62nd FS commander.
