Black Eagels to make Avalon debut

The Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF) flight demonstration team, the Black Eagles, will be making its debut performance at the Australian International Airshow and Aerospace & Defence Exposition next year.


Scheduled to take place at Avalon Airport from Feb. 28 to Mar. 5, the team will be sending eight T-50 jet trainers along with 12 pilots to the show.

Since the beginning of this year, the Black Eagles, South Korea’s aerobatic demonstration team, has been visiting various countries to promote the country’s defense exports. The team has already made visits to Poland, Egypt, and the Philippines.
