Wolf Pack F-16s have a new tail flash

Three F-16s assigned to the U.S. Air Force’s 8th Fighter Wing, Wolf Pack, and another three from the Republic of Korea Air Force’s 38th Fighter Group have been given new tail flashes to mark the 70th anniversary of the U.S.- Republic of Korea Alliance.

Both parties will unveil the jets to the public during a memorial service in honor of Col. Dean E. Hess, a Korean War hero primarily recognized for the rescue of Korean orphans, on May 12.
