With participation from a remarkable total of twelve air forces, Tarang Shakti aims to strengthen international collaboration and promote interoperability among nations. While six air forces will actively engage in the exercise, the remaining six will attend as observers, taking the opportunity to witness and learn from the drills and maneuvers.

The exercise will go beyond the involvement of fighter jets alone, as it is expected to showcase an impressive array of military capabilities. Military transport aircraft will demonstrate their logistical prowess, mid-air refuelers will exhibit their vital role in extending the operational reach of aircraft, and airborne warning and control system (AWACS) aircraft will showcase their advanced surveillance and command capabilities.
