A U.S. Air Force F-16 assigned to Misawa air base was forced to make an emergency landing at Aomori Airport, causing some delays in civilian flight operations on Jul. 10.
The jet was making a precautionary landing and landed at around 10:40 a.m. It took off at around 6 p.m. the same day.
