The Eurofighter program, initiated in 2017, signifies Kuwait’s commitment to modernizing its air force with advanced multirole combat aircraft. Italian Defense Minister Guido Crosetto’s recent visit to Kuwait highlighted the strong collaboration between the two nations. Discussions focused on security cooperation, with the successful execution of the Eurofighter program serving as a prime example of this deepening partnership.

With the recent delivery of 15 aircraft, Kuwait has received half of its total Eurofighter order. The remaining 13 jets are expected to arrive within the next 18 months, marking the successful completion of the program.

The Eurofighter Typhoon is a highly capable multirole platform renowned for its supersonic speeds, exceptional maneuverability, and advanced avionics. This acquisition equips Kuwait with a versatile aircraft capable of tackling missions ranging from air defense and air superiority to ground attack operations.
