Israel’s Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon said Russia’s deployment of the S-400 air defense system in Syria poses no threat to Israel.

“When we were informed that it was being deployed, it was made clear that it does not pose a threat to us, and it is not meant to restrict our freedom of movement. Thus, according to our understandings with the Russians, one does not interfere with the other,” Ya’alon said.
