F-35As assigned to Luke AFB dropped their first bombs

Two F-35As from the 62nd Fighter Squadron successfully employed four GBU-12s on the Barry M. Goldwater Range on Mar. 15.

This marked the first weapons release by F-35s assigned to the 56th Fighter Wing at Luke Air Force Base, the press release said.
