A pair of Luftwaffe Tornado ECRs was forced to make an emergency landing in Erbil, Iraq after one of the jets failed to refuel in mid-air and ran low on fuel.

The incident took place on Oct. 31 and the jets returned back to Incirlik airbase in Turkey later that evening.
