Four former Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force S-80M-1 helicopters that Japan is giving away free to the U.S. Navy is being refurbished by a 47-year-old company out in Portland, Oregon.

The first two helicopters were delivered in June of 2017, followed by another two one year later.
