The Singapore Ministry of Defence (Mindef) has confirmed that six F-16s and one C-130 had to be diverted to Port Blair, India after one of the F-16 developed a technical issue.

The aircraft were on their way to Kalaikunda Air Force Station for a joint exercise with the Indian Air Force.
They left Port Blair on Nov. 1 and arrived at Kalaikunda 4 p.m. Singapore time.
