A KC-46 Weapons Instructor Course is being established by the U.S. Air Force’s Air Mobility Command.

The command will work with U.S. Air Force Weapons School and Air Combat Command to modify the current KC-135 Weapons Instructor Course syllabus to include the KC-46. Teaching will be conducted at the 509th Weapons Squadron at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington.
Students will join the KC-135 class before a permanent KC-46 course is established in three to five years time.
