Canada will buy 88 F-35As

The Canadian government has decided that it will buy the Lockheed Martin F-35 to replace its CF-18s, in a joint announcement by Public Services and Procurement Minister Filomena Tassi and Defence Minister Anita Anand.

RAAF KC-30A arrives in Japan for air refueling trials with Mitsubishi F-2

A Royal Australian Air Force KC-30A midair refueling tanker has arrived at Komaki Air Base, Japan to start air refueling trials with Mitsubishi F-2 fighters from the Japan Air Self-Defense Force.

Thai fighters and Singapore F-16s to relocate from Udon Thani to Nam Phong

Germany looking at Arrow 3 for its ballistic missile defense needs

According to Germany’s Bild am Sonntag newspaper, Berlin is looking at the possibility of acquiring the IAI Arrow 3 exoatmospheric anti-ballistic missile system to defend the country from potential ballistic missile attacks from Russia.
