Su-34 will be getting new weapons, EW system in next few years
Zvezda, a television network run by the Russian Ministry of Defense, reported that the Sukhoi Su-34 fighter-bomber will be modernized in the next few years and the jet will be getting new armament and electronic warfare systems.

China complained that JASDF F-15s fired flares close to its warplanes
China’s Ministry of National Defense says that on Dec. 10, its military aircraft was on a long-range training mission to Miyako Strait and two Japanese F-15Js came along and fired flares close to its warplanes.

Indonesia still bargaining with Russia over the price of 8 Su-35s
Indonesia still wishes to buy eight Sukhoi Su-35 fighters from Russia and is negotiating with Moscow on the prices, Minister of Defense Ryamizard Ryacudu disclosed.

Boeing started installing APG-82 AESAs on Seymour Johnson’s F-15Es
Since September, Boeing engineers have been busy at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base, North Carolina, swapping the old APG-70 radars on the F-15Es there and replacing them with the state-of-the-art APG-82 AESA radar.
