Portuguese Air Force C-130 crashed

A Portuguese Air Force C-130H crashed on takeoff from Montijo Air Base, Portugal on Jul. 11. Three on board were killed with another person injured.

Hardware modification for KC-46A’s boom implemented, under testing

Boeing has added two bypass valves to the flying boom on the KC-46A aerial refueling tanker to fix axial load issues when refueling large aircraft.

Canada on track to select new search-and-rescue aircraft this year

Industry sources told Defense News that Canada will announce the winner of the Fixed Wing Search and Rescue (FWSAR) aircraft competition by end of this year.

IRIAF Su-24 crashes

U.S. Air Force is also frustrated over delays to sell jets to Mideast nations
