French Mirage 2000 off the starboard side of a B-52

For the first time, the B-52 is participating in the French-led exercise Serpentex in the Mediterranean. Joint terminal attack controllers from 12 partner countries will learn how to identify targets and use that data to call in air strikes from nearby French and American aircraft.

RCAF officially withdraws CF-18 from Operation IMPACT

Canada has officially withdraw its CF-18 fighters from the Air Task Force-Iraq mission on Mar. 5. Commander Royal Canadian Air Force, Lt. Gen. Michael Hood, presided over the parade in Kuwait.

2016 Heritage Flight Training and Certification Course

The 2016 Heritage Flight Training and Certification Course has taken place at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base from Mar. 3-5. The objective behind the course is to allow civilian pilots in their warbirds to practice flying in formation together current U.S. Air Force fighter aircraft.

Philippine looking at getting air defense communication equipment from Slovenia

A Slovenian delegation led by Secretary of State Ales Cantarutti was in Manila last week to discuss business opportunities and the Philippine military said it was interested in getting air defense communication equipment from the country.
