First two Norwegian F-35s arrived at Luke AFB

The first two Norwegian F-35s arrived at Luke Air Force Base on Nov. 10. Shortly after their arrival, a Norwegian pilot took to the skies in a F-35 for the first time.

U.S. clears sale of two C-130Js and two KC-130Js to France

The Obama administration has approved the sale of two C-130Js and two KC-130Js to France. The entire package, inclusive of parts and logistical support, is estimated to be $650 million.

USAF lost a brand new AC-130J

A brand new U.S. Air Force AC-130J was declared total loss after an incident over the Gulf of Mexico on Arp. 21. The gunship was carrying out a medium risk flying qualities test sortie when it “over G’d,” reaching 3.194 Gs according to the report.

Argentina to acquire 14 Kfir Block 60s

Flight Global reported that Argentina will sign a contract for 14 Kfir Block 60 fighters that are equipped with the Elta Systems EL/M-2032 active electronically scanned array (AESA) radar.

Letter of offer and acceptance for six AT-6s being prepared for Iraq
