Nearly all of the 82 U.S. Air Force F-16Ds grounded by cracks on the canopy sill longeron are back flying and Lockheed Martin is finishing repairs to the last three aircraft.

Afghanistan to receive first A-29 in December
The first A-29 Super Tucano for the Afghan Air Force is expected to arrive home in December, a few more will be delivered in 2016 and the rest of the order will be fulfilled in 2017, 2018.

Skunk Works has prepared clean sheet design for T-X
Skunk Works has a clean-sheet design for the U.S. Air Force’s T-X jet trainer program on standby in case the KAI T-50 does not meet the requirements for the program, which are expected to be released shortly.

Bulgaria: MiG-29s too expensive too maintain
