JASDF might setup airport group for defense of Senkaku islands, move F-15s to Shimojishima airport

Sankei reports that the Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF) is considering the setup of a rapid deployment airport group will have help prepare airports in the Ryukyu Islands for military operations.

JASDF 401st Tactical Airlift Squadron explores possibility of using Yokota air base for assault training
