The Winston P. Wilson Trophy for 2021 is displayed at the Hawaii Air National Guard’s 199th Fighter Squadron on Sept. 28, 2021, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The 199th FS was recognized on behalf of the National Guard Association of the U.S., setting the unit apart from more than 30 other flying squadrons equipped with fighter and reconnaissance aircraft.
