Minuteman III ICBM test launch from Vandenberg

An unarmed Minuteman III intercontinental ballistic missile equipped with a test re-entry vehicle was launched by Airmen from the Global Strike Command on Aug. 11.

F-15C shot down QF-16 with IRST-cued AIM-120

For the first time, an F-15C has shot down a QF-16 aerial target using an AIM-120 air-to-air missile that was cued by the Legion Pod Infrared Search-and-Track system.
