The U.S. Army disclosed on Oct. 28 that the death of Maj. Gen. John Rossi on Jul. 31 was suicide. He was suppose to take command of U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command at Redstone Arsenal days before his death.
