Rescue of downed USMC CH-46E by 2nd Combat Aviation Brigade Black Hawk in Thailand
On Feb. 20, a CH-46E Sea Knight helicopter (BuNo 156442) with HMM-262 (Reinforced), crashed north of Phitsanulok, Thailand. This is the story of the rescue mission flown by a Black Hawk helicopter from the U.S. Army’s 2nd Combat Aviation Brigade.
