U.S. Army has tested new multi-mode seeker allowing Precision Strike Missile to attack ships and mobile radars

An advanced multi-mode seeker has been tested by the U.S. Army at Redstone Arsenal from Jun. 2-3. This new seeker allows the Precision Strike Missile system to attack moving ships and also land-based targets such as communications vans and the mobile radars of air defenses systems.

HH-60W Jolly Green II and AH-64 fly together for the first time

The HH-60W Jolly Green II flew together with the AH-64 for the first time as part of the system testing for the HH-60W.

An HH-60W Jolly Green II taxies in followed by an AH-64 Apache May 19 at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. The Air Force and Army aircraft (respectively) completed a joint test of the HH-60W systems leveraging the unique configuration of the Apache to provide capabilities normally not available at Eglin AFB.
