Lockheed Martin still keen to have Aegis on board LPD-28

Almost a year after proposing to have its Aegis system installed on board the U.S. Navy’s next San Antonio-class Amphibious Transport Dock, Lockheed Martin says there are “some chatter and interest” coming from the Navy on that effort.

Lockheed Martin to develop airborne EW pod for anti-ship missile defense

In order to expand the detection range of the SLQ-32 electronic warfare system on board its warships, the U.S. Navy has tasked Lockheed Martin to come up with an electronic warfare pod to be mounted on the MH-60 naval helicopter.
