ATAC CEO says F-35 fights like the F-22

CEO of Airborne Tactical Advantage Co. (ATAC), Jeff Parker, revealed that he was recently involved in a simulated dogfight with the F-35 from MCAS Beaufort and he described the Marines’ training as “very Raptorish.”

KC-46A has completed its first round of mid-air refueling demonstrations

The Boeing KC-46A tanker is required to complete a series of in-flight refueling tests with a variety of Air Force, Marines and Navy aircraft before a Milestone C production decision can be made. The tanker managed to sign off all the checklists on Jul. 15 by refueling the A-10 with 1,500 pounds of fuel.

Experts say Taiwan needs to kickoff indigenous jet trainer program soon

Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defense organized a talk on Jul. 15 on building an indigenous jet trainer and experts at the forum urged for quick action as the core team of engineers who build the IDF fighter are retiring.
