Boeing in “very serious” talks with 5 potential customers on MSA
Boeing says it is in “very serious conversations” with five potential customers of its Maritime Surveillance Aircraft. But the company is expecting the first order only in the next year or two.

Finnish Air Force wanted to replace Vinka with Czech-made aircraft

Mi-8AMTSh-VA to be handed over to Russia’s military on Nov. 25
Russian Helicopters will hand over the first Mil Mi-8AMTSh-VA to the military on Nov. 25 to kickoff state trials. The Mi-8AMTSh-VA is a variant of the Mi-8 designed for service in the Arctic region.

UAE orders 3 AW-609s for search-and-rescue duties
The United Arab Emirates’ Ministry of Defense has ordered three AW-609s from AgustaWestland for search-and-rescue duties. They will be assigned to UAE’s Joint Aviation Command.
