USMC F-35Bs will begin training at Iejima Auxiliary Airfield next month
The U.S. Marine Corps has completed the expansion of a simulated Landing Helicopter Dock (LHD) flight deck at Iejima Auxiliary Airfield, Okinawa, Japan and will commence training exercises using the F-35B and CH-53 there starting from next month.
