The U.S. Navy has released a draft environmental assessment for home basing of the MQ-25A Stingray carrier-based unmanned air system at Naval Base Ventura County, Point Mugu, California.

Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has signed an approximately $550 million contract with Sikorsky Aircraft for six CH-53K helicopters under the Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) Lot 4 contract.
