Taiwan has completed research on ship-launched TC-2, deploy on its stealth frigates
Taiwan news outlets are reporting that development of the indigenous ship-launched surface-to-air variant of the Sky Sword II missile has been completed and the deploy on the Kang Ding class stealth frigates from 2020.
Proposal to convert JS Izumo into fixed-wing carrier circulating within Defense Ministry
The Mainichi reported on Jan. 6 that a proposal to convert the JS Izumo helicopter destroyer into a carrier capable of operating fixed-wing fighters is being circulated within the Defense Ministry.
