U.S. to officially hand over TARS to Philippine Navy on Aug. 22
The Philippine Navy confirmed that a Tethered Aerostat Radar System (TARS) donated by the U.S. government will be officially handed over to the service on Aug. 22.

Did Vietnam’s Foreign Ministry just confirm the purchase of BrahMos?
