Duterte question why U.S. did not dispatch five aircraft carriers to South China Sea
At the opening ceremony of the Philippines 16th National Convention of Lawyers last week, President Rodrigo Duterte said the Washington had failed to take decisive action against China in the South China Sea and he asked why U.S. did not send five aircraft carriers to the area and “cut the problem in the bud.”

Royal Navy not getting V-22s for its new carriers
In a written parliamentary reply to Lord West, the British government said it has no plans to buy the V-22 tiltrotor for its Queen Elizabeth Class aircraft carriers.
