More J-15 variants in the works

Chief designer of the Shenyang J-15 carrier-borne fighter recently disclosed that he is thinking on how to improve the fighter. Observers say this could mean that China is looking into introducing other variants of the heavy fighter.

JMSDF, ROKN, USN destroyers in missile defense informational link exercise

The U.S. 7th Fleet announced today that destroyers USS Curtis Wilbur (DDG 54), ROKS Sejong the Great (DDG- 991), and JS Kirishima (DDG-174) are operating in waters east of the Korean peninsula and north of Japan for a trilateral missile warning informational link exercise (LINKEX).

JMSDF plans to send JS Izumo to Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines and Sri Lanka

Reuters says Tokyo intends to send its helicopter carrier JS Izumo to ports in Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines and Sri Lanka over a period of three months.
