CSBA calls for two carriers single strike force with 110 aircraft
Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments has published a new study on Feb. 28 that calls for the U.S. Navy to move away from a “presence” force structure to a two prong approach that relies on “deterrent forces” and a “maneuver force.”

Boeing awarded $678 million for 7 Growlers and 5 F/A-18Es
