U.S. Navy grounds Super Hornet and Growler following accident

The U.S. Navy has temporarily suspended flight operations for the Super Hornet and Growler after a EA-18G experienced an on-deck emergency at NAS Whidbey Island on Dec. 16.

Osprey or Leopard?

Fleet Readiness Center Southwest recently painted its first MV-22, one that’s assigned to VMM-161, and the tilt-rotor acquired this “leopard” pattern after its surface was sand down.
