Why Japan is seeking the KC-130R
Update: Apparently, the KC-130R was bought to replace the JMSDF’s fleet of aging YS-11M. The in-flight refueling capability will be removed.
In case you are wondering why Japan wants to buy the KC-130R, it may be because there is a requirement to provide aerial refueling for the JASDF UH-60Js.

Naval Tejas to make maiden flight next month
The naval version of the Tejas Light Combat Aircraft will be making its maiden flight next month and the Indian defense ministry has strongly supported the program by ordering another eight “Limited Series Production” aircraft.

HMS Illustrious spent its four-day visit to Copenhagen by training with the Danish Armed Forces. A Royal Danish Air Force’s Lynx spent several hours training on her flight deck.
