Four U.S. thinktanks recommend downsizing carrier fleet
In a recent budget war game, four U.S. thinktanks: Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments, American Enterprise Institute, Center for a New American Security, and the Center for Strategic and International Studies, all recommended that the Pentagon downsize the aircraft carrier fleet and move the money elsewhere for other programs.
