Chinese missile technicians working with North Koreans to upgrade Egypt’s Scud missiles

U.S. intelligence officials say Chinese missile technicians from the Beijing-based China Precision Machinery Import-Export Corp. (CPMIEC) were seen in Egypt along with North Koreans, upgrading Cairo’s Scud missiles.

Two Japanese spy satellites launched successfully

First GMD flight test since 2010 successfully carried out

The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) successfully completed a flight test of a three-stage Ground-Based Interceptor (GBI), launched from Vandenberg Air Force Base on Jan. 26.
