France’s CSO-1 military observation satellite launched into space

France’s CSO-1 military observation satellite was launched into space on Dec. 19 by Arianespace using a Soyuz rocket. The CSO-1 is developed for the French Ministry for the Armed Forces by French space agency CNES.

Thales Alenia Space to develop four synthetic aperture radar satellites for South Korea

Syria says Mossad assassinated its missile expert

A Syrian expert on Scud missiles was killed in a car explosion on Aug. 4. According to al-Watan newspaper, Aziz Azbar, was assassinated by Israel’s Mossad spy agency.
