Russia said to have given up on plans for rail-based ICBM

Iran vows to increase missile’s range if threaten by Europe
The deputy commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Brig. Gen. Hossein Salami has warned in a televised interview that Tehran will increase the range of missiles to above 2,000 km if threatened by Europe.
