Pentagon awards Aerovironment contract to supply RQ-11B to Ukraine

AFSOC’s AC-130s will soon be able to deploy tube-launched UAVs

U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) has initiated one quick concept-demonstrator program to employ a tube-launched small unmanned aerial vehicle from the AC-130 gunship.

DARPA posted solicitation for the Gremlins program

U.S. Air Force fields MQ-9 Reaper Extended Range

USAF will soon decide if enlisted airmen can fly UAVs

U.S. Air Force Chief of Staff, Gen. Mark Welsh, will make a decision by November whether to allow the branch’s enlisted airmen fly unmanned aerial vehicles.
