A MQ-9 has crashed at Mathis Field on May 14. The unmanned aircraft belonged to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
The U.S. Air Force will soon start procuring drones for its Skyborg program with a goal of selecting winning designs by end of the summer.
Taiwan is planning to buy 4 MQ-9 unmanned air vehicles (UAV) from the U.S. and will budget at least $167 million next year for the purchase.
