CH-53K program eight months behind schedule

A Selected Acquisition Report on the CH-53K program seen by Bloomberg says Lockheed Martin may be falling behind schedule and the initial operational capability could be deployed by eight months.

DF-26 ICBM enters service with PLA Rocket Force

Chinese Defense Ministry spokesperson Wu Qian declared on Apr. 26 that the Dong-Feng 26 (DF-26) intermediate-range ballistic missile has entered service with the People’s Liberation Army Rocket Force.

Taiwanese media claims B-52s carried out mock cruise missile strikes on China

Taiwan’s United Daily News cited an anonymous ‘military expert’ as saying that two U.S. Air Force B-52 bombers approached the southern coast of China on Apr. 24 to practice the launch of cruise missiles into the country.
