Sevastopol getting a S-400 unit next year
Russia intends to stand up a S-400 air defense missile regiment in Sevastopol from February 2018, the commander of the 4th aerospace and air defense army of the Southern Military District, Lt.Gen. Viktor Sevostyanov, told TASS.
