Israel will likely buy a squadron of F-15s

Russia to upgrade four Su-27s to Su-35s
Russia will take delivery of 10 new Su-35s this year and four Su-27s will be upgraded to the Su-35 configuration, Russian Deputy Defense Minister Yury Borisov disclosed during a visit to the Komsomolsk-on-Amur plant.
