Israel will likely buy a squadron of F-15s

Israel is likely to place an order with Boeing for a squadron of F-15s and these jets will be more advance than those sold to Saudi Arabia and Qatar, Globes has reported.

Russia to upgrade four Su-27s to Su-35s

Russia will take delivery of 10 new Su-35s this year and four Su-27s will be upgraded to the Su-35 configuration, Russian Deputy Defense Minister Yury Borisov disclosed during a visit to the Komsomolsk-on-Amur plant.

RAND’s assessment on key A-10C missions

Romanian F-16s now certified to refuel from USAF KC-135s

The Romanian Air Force’s F-16 fleet carried out its first aerial refueling with a U.S. Air Force KC-135 on Feb. 28. The pilots are now certified to refuel from all USAF KC-135s.
