South Korea says North Korea is flight testing an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) with long endurance. North’s Chosun Central TV first disclose the existence of this new UAV last week.

H-6K off the coast of Taiwan
According to Chinese netizens, the photo published by the PLAAF on Sept. 22 shows the H-6K close to Orchid Island off the coast of southern Taiwan. The coast of Taiwan could be seen in the background as well.
