South Korea’s plan to “annihilate” the North is code-name KMPR

South Korean defense sources say if North Korea shows signs of launching a nuclear attack, Seoul will unleash a barrage of ballistic and cruise missiles to “annihilate” the North Korean capital of Pyongyang.
