A tender by the Russian Defense Minister will pay $1.1 million to anyone who can develop a hardware and software solution dubbed Paritet to monitor if the United States is violating the 2010 New START treaty.
A-10s arrived in Estonia
Ämari Air Base in Estonia welcomed eight A-10s assigned to the 442nd Fighter Wing on Jul. 25. The fighters are there for two-weeks for a flying training deployment.

Canada paid $33 million in June to remain as F-35 partner nation
